With the Costa Blanca Hog Company, you can expect a premium Hog or Mixed Meats Roast, unlike any ordinary offering. Our top-quality Hog and fresh meats are meticulously cooked over a span of up to 24 hours in our specially designed stainless steel roasting machine, resulting in perfectly golden crackling and exceptionally tender meat every time. Additionally, we provide soft, fresh bread rolls accompanied by homemade apple sauce and homemade sage and onion stuffing balls. Our service includes a popup gazebo and a professional, friendly Hog Roast chef to ensure a seamless experience. What more could you desire for your event?
